Annie’s Memorial Chronic Diseases Education Centre (AMCEC) provides a virtual platform where participants can use the information to educate themselves on self-management of diabetes and cardiovascular diseases. There is also the option to book an appointment with an expert in the field who can work with you to prepare a plan that suits your unique situation while at the same time helping you to achieve your treatment goals.

This Disclaimer applies to visitors to our publicly available websites owned and operated by the Company. Annie’s Memorial Chronic Diseases Education Centre (AMCEC) provides access to healthcare-related services and information ranging from managing diabetes and cardiovascular diseases to Seeing a health expert online. 
AMCEC's role is to make certain telehealth-related services available to you and/or facilitate access to telemedicine and expert services in chronic condition management.
AMCEC is independent of healthcare providers who provide telemedicine services and is not solely responsible for such providers' acts, omissions, or any content of their communications.

AMCEC does not engage in the practice of medicine. Access to our Services is administered virtually and intended for users in the Caribbean and other regions who accept our services. But you may not use our Services in any jurisdiction where offering, accessing, or using our Services would be illegal or unlawful.)

FOR NON-REGISTERED USERS

We offer some Services that are available to the public without requiring registration or a password. These are referred to as "Public Available Services" and include activities such as browsing our website or blog, viewing video demonstrations, and testing out our services. You are permitted to use the Public Services for personal, non-commercial purposes as long as you adhere to our Terms. Please note that information provided on our publicly available websites is not intended to offer medical advice or establish a healthcare provider/patient relationship between you and AMCEC. Registered Users
Some of our Services use technical measures to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and accessibility of sensitive user information. To obtain access to these Protected Services, you must provide personal information, and if you are registering for a Protected Service on behalf of someone else, such as your employer or child, you must also provide information about each Principal. If you sign up for a Protected Service, you may be asked to agree to a user agreement. You must agree to this User Agreement before accessing the Protected Service.

Your Credentials are unique to you, and you are responsible for all activities under your Credentials. If your Credentials have been stolen or compromised, you must inform us immediately. You are not allowed to share your Credentials with anyone else or attempt to circumvent any technical measures in place to safeguard the Protected Services. You may only access the Protected Services with a commercial browser, our mobile application, or our API using Credentials issued directly by us.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any Protected Service at any time without notice, and we will not be liable to you in any way if we do so.

Our Services include Content created by us or third parties, which is provided for general informational purposes only and should not be used to make personal, professional, medical, or regulatory decisions.

If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of your employer or another entity, you represent and warrant that (i) you have the full legal authority to bind your employer or such legal entity
to these Terms, (ii) you have read and understand these Terms, and (iii) you agree, on behalf of the Client, to these Terms.
